Pickup instructions vs. care requests
Notes can't be used for special handling requests. The notes field at booking is only for pickup access — gate codes, porch location, apartment buzzers, and similar. Anything about how your laundry should be washed, dried, or folded needs to be selected as an add-on above, so it's never missed.
What we can't take yet
Rugs, dog beds, backpacks, shoes, items needing repair, and items requiring dry cleaning (until that service launches). We'll flag anything we can't process and follow up before washing.
