Lifestyle isn't a separate process — it starts from everything in Standard Care (sorting, cycle selection, professional wash & fold, saved preferences) and adds premium garments handling. Lifestyle uses L'Avant Collective in place of Dirty Labs.

- Dirty Labs detergent — 2 scents or fragrance-free, your choice (upgrade to L'Avant Collective for +$4/bag, +$3/bag on Light bags)
- Meticulous sorting of lights from darks
- Appropriate cycle selection for fabric weight

- 48-hour delivery in our core service area (2-day in extended zones)

Priced transparently as individual line items at checkout — never bundled into an opaque total. Athleticwear Refresh and rush turnaround are included standard with Lifestyle; the rest are available on any tier.
Why add-ons exist: We batch-process bags for maximum efficiency. Anything outside the standard care flow must be flagged at booking to guarantee it is caught by our local Austin team.

Pickup Notes vs. Care Requests
The notes field at checkout is reserved strictly for doorstep access (gate codes, porch location, apartment buzzers). All laundry handling preferences must be selected as add-ons so they are captured by our facility software.
Saved Preferences
Your preferred detergents, finishing mists, and care selections are saved to your account and applied automatically to all recurring pickups. You can modify them anytime prior to pickup.
Items We Cannot Accept
Heavy rug runners, pet beds, stiff backpacks, shoes, and items requiring immediate dry cleaning cannot be processed in our wash & fold workflow. Unprocessable items will be returned unwashed.
