How do pickup and delivery work?
Choose a convenient time window online, place your bag at your doorstep, and our local in-house team will return your clean, precision-folded laundry in the agreed timeframe.
What does it cost?
Suds Club uses straightforward flat-rate bag pricing: $40/bag on Essential and $62/bag on Lifestyle. Light bags are also available for lighter weeks. Explore full details on our pricing page.
How big is a bag?
One standard bag holds approximately 2 laundry hampers (~30–40 lbs), or roughly 3–4 full loads. Light bags hold 1–2 loads (~15–20 lbs) for smaller laundry runs.
What's the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours after pickup in our core service areas, or scheduled 2-day return in extended zones. Rush turnaround (24-hour return) is included standard with Lifestyle or available as an add-on on Essential (subject to daily capacity and a 10 AM pickup cutoff).
Can you handle stains and delicates?
Delicates are handled with care under our Lifestyle tier, which includes dedicated hand-washing and air-drying for silk, cashmere, and fine knits. Stain treatment is available as a flagged, itemized add-on (+$5) under Care Options at booking. Please note that checkout notes are for doorstep access only and are not reviewed for garment instructions.
Can I drop off instead of scheduling a pickup?
Yes — drop off your bag directly at our West Austin facility and save 30% versus doorstep service. Visit our storefront page for location details and hours.
Who handles my laundry?
Your clothes are cared for exclusively by our trained, local, in-house Suds Club team in an insured facility — never unvetted gig-platform drivers or personal homes.
What detergent do you use?
Dirty Labs (choice of two subtle scents or fragrance-free) is included standard on Essential. L'Avant Collective is standard on Lifestyle or a +$4/bag upgrade on Essential (+$3/bag on Essential Light). Scented selections include a matching linen finishing mist automatically. Lifestyle also includes wool dryer balls and Athleticwear Refresh standard.
Can I skip or pause a pickup?
Yes — we operate with no contracts or commitments. Skip, pause, or adjust your pickup schedule anytime in one click via text or your online account.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Reach out to us immediately and our local team will make it right. As with any garment service, delicate or vintage pieces carry inherent risks; our liability is outlined in detail within our Terms of Service.
