Suds Club ATX ("we," "us," "our") provides laundry pickup, delivery, and storefront drop-off wash & fold service in the Austin, Texas area. This policy explains what information we collect when you use sudsclubatx.com or book a pickup, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you book a pickup or drop-off order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, phone number, email address (optional), pickup or drop-off address, and details about your order (service tier, bags, care preferences, and any notes you add). If you pay online, payment is processed directly by Square — we do not collect or store your full card number.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to schedule and fulfill your order, process payment, send order-related updates (see "Text and email messages" below), remember your care preferences for future orders, and respond to questions you send us. We do not sell your personal information.
Text and Email Messages
If you provide a phone number and choose "Text" or "Both" as your communication preference during booking, we'll send you order-related text messages — for example, a confirmation once your payment is complete. We do not send marketing text messages unless we've separately asked for and received your consent to do so. Message frequency depends on your order activity; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. If you choose "Email" or "Both," we'll send the same order updates to your email address instead of or in addition to text.
Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers that help us run Suds Club ATX: Square (payment processing), Twilio (text message delivery), Resend (email delivery), and Notion (our internal order and customer records system). Each of these providers only receives what it needs to perform its function, and none are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which marketing efforts lead to bookings. This does not include the contents of your order or any payment information.
Data Retention
We keep order and customer records for as long as reasonably needed to provide service, maintain accurate business records, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Your Choices
You can update your communication preference (Text, Email, or Both) at any time in your account, or by contacting us. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@sudsclubatx.com. We'll honor deletion requests except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
Children's Privacy
Suds Club ATX is a service for adults booking laundry care for their household. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
