These terms apply when you book a pickup, delivery, or storefront drop-off order with Suds Club ATX ("we," "us," "our") through sudsclubatx.com or our West Austin facility. By booking an order, you agree to these terms.
Our Service
Suds Club ATX provides wash & fold laundry service, offered as Essential and Lifestyle tiers, either via pickup and delivery or storefront drop-off. Pricing, what's included in each tier, and available add-ons are listed on our Pricing page and Care Policy page and may be updated from time to time.
Booking and Payment
Orders are booked and paid for through our website at the price shown at checkout, processed by Square. We'll confirm your order once payment is complete. If you need to change or cancel a scheduled pickup, contact us as soon as possible — see Contact Us.
Care Preferences and Instructions
We follow the care instructions and preferences you provide at booking. It's your responsibility to flag anything that needs special handling, remove non-launderable items and valuables from pockets, and let us know about any garment that requires care beyond what's listed on our Care Policy page.
Garment Care
We handle every order with the process described on our Care Policy page. As with any laundry or garment care service, some risk of wear, color transfer, or damage exists, particularly for delicate, vintage, or improperly labeled items. If something goes wrong with your order, contact us right away so we can make it right — our liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the value of the affected item(s) or the cost of the service for that order, whichever applies.
Text and Email Communications
If you opt in to text or email updates during booking, we'll send order-related messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts.
Acceptable Use
Please don't use our website or booking system to submit false information, attempt to defraud us or Square, or interfere with the normal operation of our site or service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continuing to use our service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
